Name and date on photo
Some exam forms need a photograph with the candidate name and the date it was taken printed at the bottom. This tool draws a white strip with bold, centred text over the lower part of your photo.
Upload a photo to add a candidate name and date automatically.
How to use it
- Upload your photograph.
- Type the name, pick the date the photo was taken and set the strip height.
- Download the image, then resize it to the KB limit if your form needs it.
Questions
How tall should the white strip be?
Most forms accept 15 to 20 percent of the photo height. The default is 18 percent. Check your notification for the exact rule.
Which date should I use?
Use the date on which the photograph was taken, as your notification asks. Many forms need a photo that is not older than three months.
