1. Cancellation Policy

At FillKar, we understand that sometimes users may want to cancel their form requests. However, to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow, we have set the following rules for cancellation:

  • Cancellation is only allowed until an operator is assigned to your request.
  • Once an operator has been assigned and work has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • To raise a cancellation request, users must go to the "Query Support" section and submit a formal request before operator assignment.

2. Payment & Fees (Refund Policy)

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:

  • Cancellation request is raised before operator assignment.
  • Duplicate payment or accidental double deduction.
  • Failed payment but amount deducted.
  • If eligible, the refund will be initiated after verifying the request.

4. Refund Process

  • Users must submit a refund request through the "Raise a Query" section in the app or website.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • In cases of payment failure or double deductions, the support team will resolve the issue within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Clauses

  • Once the operator is assigned and work has started, no refund or cancellation will be entertained.
  • The Platform Service Fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Refund requests raised outside of the proper process or timeline will be rejected.
