1. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their form request only before an operator is assigned. Once an operator begins working on the form, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Cancellation is only possible before operator assignment.
  • Go to the “Query Support” section to raise a cancellation request.
  • After work begins, cancellation and refund are not allowed.

2. Payment & Fees (Refund Policy)

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only in the following scenarios:

  • Cancellation request before operator assignment.
  • Duplicate or accidental payment.
  • Payment failure but amount deducted.

4. Refund Process

  • Go to the “Raise a Query” section on the platform to submit your refund request.
  • Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Double payments and failed transactions are usually resolved within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Clauses

  • No refund if work has already begun.
  • Platform Service Fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Requests submitted beyond the eligible period will be declined.
